2. Time Suggestion: The pre-registration system usually opens 1-2 months before the exhibition. It is recommended to complete the registration as early as possible. System congestion may occur near the exhibition date, so please make sure to submit the registration before the deadline to avoid affecting your trip.
2. Required Materials:
◦ Summary Form of Invitation Letter Applicant Information (including complete personal identity information)
◦ Invitation Letter Application Form (stating the purpose of visit and itinerary)
◦ Applicant's background information (optional, including industry experience and achievements)

◦ Copy of valid passport (with sufficient blank visa pages)

3. Submission Method: Package all materials and send them to visa@cisma.com.cn, with the email subject marked "CISMA2025 Invitation Letter Application - [Your Name]".
4. Processing Instructions:
◦ After approval, the invitation letter will be issued, and the postage shall be borne by the applicant.
◦ The processing cycle is about 2 weeks (from the date of submission of materials), subject to the actual progress.
◦ It is recommended to submit materials as early as possible to avoid delaying visa application.
Precautions: A maximum of 5 invitation letters can be applied for by the same enterprise; materials must be in standard format with complete information, and Chinese and English contents must correspond accurately; if supplementary materials are needed, the organizer will notify separately.
2. Venue: Shanghai New International Expo Center (Address: No. 2345, Longyang Road, Pudong, Shanghai). The exhibition hall is located in the core area of Pudong, 35 kilometers from Pudong International Airport and 32 kilometers from Hongqiao International Airport, with a convenient transportation network.

▪ Metro: Take Line 2 to Longyang Road Station, transfer to Line 7, and directly reach "Huamu Road" Station (exhibition hall entrance).

▪ Taxi: The journey takes about 40 minutes (depending on traffic conditions), with a cost of 150-200 RMB.
◦ Hongqiao International Airport:
▪ Metro: Take Line 2 to Longyang Road Station, transfer to Line 7, and directly reach "Huamu Road" Station.
▪ Taxi: The journey takes about 50 minutes, with a cost of 200-250 RMB.
2. City Transportation:
◦ Metro: "Huamu Road" Station of Line 7 is a direct station to the exhibition hall. During the exhibition, from 8:30 to 17:30, shuttle buses are available from Longyang Road Metro Station to the exhibition hall, running every 15 minutes or when full.
◦ Bus: Multiple routes such as 989 Section, 975, and 976 can reach the venue. Real-time routes can be checked through navigation software.
◦ Self-driving: The exhibition hall is located at the intersection of Longyang Road and Luoshan Road, with 4,603 parking spaces. The charging standard is 8 yuan per hour, with a daily maximum of 64 yuan (for small vehicles, subject to the latest announcement of the exhibition hall). It is recommended to check the road conditions in advance and avoid peak hours.
2. Certificate Collection:
◦ Pre-registered visitors need to go to the exclusive counter for overseas visitors and present their original passports.
◦ After verifying the information and completing face binding, the staff will issue the visit badge.
◦ Those who are not pre-registered, have no identity documents or have not completed real-name authentication will not be able to collect the badge and enter the venue.
